If you purchased a defective product in the online shop of LTD NOSTRA, you can return it in accordance with the Rules for Return and Replacement of Goods approved by Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy of 29 June 2001 "On the Approval of Rules for Return and Replacement of Goods", and the Minister of Economy of August 2001 Order No 258 of 17 December 1997 approved the Rules for the Sale of Goods and Provision of Services when Contracts are Concluded by means of Communications.
If the buyer was sold a product of inappropriate quality without having previously discovered its defects, the buyer from UAB NOSTRA has the right to demand, and UAB NOSTRA undertakes:
- replace the item of inappropriate quality with a good quality product;
- reduce the price of the goods accordingly;
- return the money paid for the item.
Before, but not later than 14 days after delivery of the goods, the buyer must send an e-mail to the e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org or send a letter (adr. LTD NOSTRA, Sausiu str.44, Sausiu km), which states: the name of the buyer, the address from which the defective goods could be taken, the date (working day) when the goods could be picked up, all possible contact details (telephone, mobile phone, e-mail address), order number , the date of receipt of the purchase and the shipment, the amount paid, the trade name and the detailed description of the defects found. Upon receipt of these data, our employees will contact the buyer immediately and finalize all the necessary questions. The cost of returning defective goods and sending quality goods is paid by LTD NOSTRA.
In case of return of defective goods, delivery costs are not refunded.
If the item is found to be damaged due to the buyer's fault, the product is returned to the buyer only after the reimbursement, re-dispatch (if the buyer does not want the goods to be picked up at the office) and the quality of the goods, if any.
Return of goods of suitable quality is possible only by the Government Resolution No. 697 in accordance with the established Retail Rules. You pay for the return of the goods (money for the returned item is not refundable).
Conditions for returning a good product:
• Returned goods must be in original and undamaged packaging;
• The product must be undamaged by the Buyer;
• The product must not have lost its commercial appearance (if it had a seal provided by the Assay Office, it must not in any way be damaged by labels, uncoated protective films, scratched surfaces, unchanged components or other items, etc.).
Returning or replacing quality goods, the cost of returning the goods to the Buyer.
