Returns and refunds
If you have purchased a faulty good at Nostra Ltd store, you can return it as stated in Lithuanian Minister of Economy Regalement of Return or Replacement of Items, No.217, 29-06-2001, and in Lithuanian Minister of Economy Regalement of Return or Replacement of Items Acquired via Communication Channels, No.258, 17-08-2001.
If the company has sold a faulty good without previously informing the client about the defects, the client has the right to demand and Nostra Ltd obliges to:
-replace the faulty good(s);
-reduce the price;
If it is found that the defects occurred because of the client’s fault, the good will only be returned after the client has paid all the expenses related to the return and re-delivery (if the client doesn’t wish to take it back from our office) as well as expertise expenses (if there were any).
As stated in Paragraph 14 and Paragraph 18 of Lithuanian Minister of Economy Regalement of Return or Replacement of Items, No.217, 29-06-2001, quality goods may not be returned or replaced.
