Returns and refunds

If you have purchased a faulty good at Nostra Ltd store, you can return it as stated in Lithuanian Minister of Economy Regalement of Return or Replacement of Items, No.217, 29-06-2001, and in Lithuanian Minister of Economy Regalement of Return or Replacement of Items Acquired via Communication Channels, No.258, 17-08-2001.

If the company has sold a faulty good without previously informing the client about the defects, the client has the right to demand and Nostra Ltd obliges to:
-replace the faulty good(s);
-reduce the price;
-refund.
Before that, but not later than in 14 days the client must send an e-mail at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or a letter at Nostra Ltd, Vilkpedes Str.8, Vilnius, with the following data: the client’s full name, address from which the company’s representative can take the faulty good, the date (working days only) when it can be taken, all possible contacts (e-mail, telephone or cell-phone number), the number of the order, the dates of purchase and delivery, the sum paid, the title of the product and a clear explanation of the defect (fault). Having received this data, our employees will immediately contact the client and make all the necessary agreements. The goods must be returned in original package and, if it is a set, none of the complements must be missing. Nostra Ltd is responsible for all the expenses of the return or replacement of the faulty goods.
If it is found that the defects occurred because of the client’s fault, the good will only be returned after the client has paid all the expenses related to the return and re-delivery (if the client doesn’t wish to take it back from our office) as well as expertise expenses (if there were any).
As stated in Paragraph 14 and Paragraph 18 of Lithuanian Minister of Economy Regalement of Return or Replacement of Items, No.217, 29-06-2001, quality goods may not be returned or replaced.
